*huggles Tarsy again*
Don't worry KiRsTy, we make us sick too ;)

cupid: guess you didnt understand my tone.
Im the one who chose to end the 'relationship', emma and I are still great friends!
Im not sad at all, in fact, its made me a lot happier..
Im flawed in this regard where I think nothing of relationships (always been that way). I guess thats just me.

Wazza:I can relate to where you are coming from.
I had to end a relationship to make myself happier not long ago aswell.
It was hard, but almost instantly I felt immense relief.
Unfortunatly we are not still good friends...he hates me with passion.
As for all this icky love stuff..Im still undecided.
:)
But I hope I find it again one day.

hehehe.... but *goldie* i didn't think you were allowed to drive in victoria for a while ;) **evol grin**
i say make that damn lazy 'fro mofo drive YOU around instead!!! YE-AH!!!
bk
ps and i'm allowed in here - my boy and i are still making each other purr ;) ;) ;)

bk: Drive her around? I'm already flying her to CBR dammit! What more do you want from me!?!??! ;) ;) ;)
...Besides, I did some driving her around while she was down here, leave me alone :p

*grins at bk* How did you learn my evil secret?! Nope, no driving in Victoria for a while... the consequences of being a speed-freak ;) . Thanks for reminding me ;p *hugs*
I'll just have to think of some other way to get to melbourne... often... *ponders*
*huggles Tarsy... LOTS* cos it's the couples thread and cos I can ;)

Happy to be here :)

Bumpalicious!
Hmmm... the couples thread seems like the spot for this... Not to exclude the regular couplesque postage of course, but how many of you are in long distance relationships? I know there are relationships on BL that span continents, and others that involve a few hours drive...
It's been three weeks since I got to see my boy last. It feels both a lot longer and like no time at all.
So how do you keep the love alive?! Or does it suit you down to the ground to have your own life in between those healthy doses of intimate goodness?
Tarsy and I seem to be keeping optus and telstra going singelhandedly (no naughty innuendo intended... at all), but I'm sure there must be a few of you helping us ;) . Not to mention ICQ...

Rusty and I are helpin u - I swear we need to start a BL fone company all of our own *LOL*
Long distance is tuff....but I think it can create a strong foundation for a good relationship - I mean, if u can trust each other while ur apart, and have faith in each other, then that's gotta be a strong base for bein together permanently in the future......and yup, it's also good cos it forces u to have ur own lives, which is healthy - no risk of the relationship gettin stale from bein together 24/7.......also, being physically apart means u have to communicate a lot more, cos words are all u have....and, communication is what a good relationship is all about :)
Of course, it's hard when u miss ur bubby and wish they were there to hold at nite.....but, the nites apart just make u appreciate the nites together soooooo much more than u usually would - means u never take each other for granted!!
If things go according to plan it won't be too long til I move to Melb....but until then, yay for all us long-distancers :)

/agree
If a relationship can survive long distance, it proves the friendship is secure - and that's what keeps things going for the long haul.
Obviously mine is doing just fine, and it's Oz/Singapore.

Tarsie: w00t for you, loved the 'sidenote'.
Long distance relationships... Good luckz0r...
11 months for RachL and myself tomorrow (Saturday 8th)
*Does the happy dance* and er something.

Agrees with Beemer, especially when you need a hug.
It is hard - but it's going well, though I am guilty of stressing most times :( ...
BUT I might see him again soon!!! :D
*sighs happily*

Long distance sucks and is fucking hard... just going over a period of not seeing apollo for a month and i can say FOR SURE it is the first and the last time it will happen.
