I used to love the game of afl...... you know back in the good ol days when Carlton could just go out and buy a champion team. But seriously the game is a pathetic shadow of it's former self, and if the powers that be continue to mess around with the interpretations of the current rules any further then the game can go get fucked and i'll thank my lucky stars i started following nrl when i moved to Sydney 5 years ago. If the pre season comp interpretation of "in the back" makes it's way into the game proper they might as well just play touch footy and award the Brownlow medal to the player adjudged to have maintained the best hairstyle throughout the home and away season. :\ As for the tipping comp i'll have a crack at it and see how far my apathy for the current game gets me.
 
Not yet... but it looks like it might be happening... they're going to be playing a few games up there this year as far as i know, and there is potential for them to shift up there from next year maybe...

Im going to the NAB cup on sunday to see the mighty roos - yay!
Corporate seating. But would expect nothing less as ill be seriously hungover.
