What up dudes,

Im 21 years old, from New York city (Manhattan), and was addicted to opiates, any kind i could get my hands on (including diesel, which is FIRE uptown in Harlem) up until a few weeks ago

I joined bluelight today so that I could try to help others the way that other blue light users helped me in the past. Reading about others stories which were extremely similar to mine in terms of withdrawal, dealing with opiate addiction, making sure I was administering myself correct dosages, tolerance, etc, has helped me so much throughout my entire love affair with opiates - from the first AMAZING date, to marriage, controversy, and eventual divorce (lame metaphor, i know, but it kinda makes sense, especially to an opiate user

I must admit I am still not completely clean, but I am well on my way. Luckily one of my friends is basically swimming in suboxone because of the severity of his addiction, so I have been using it to get off of them and only using opiates once every few weeks. I hope to be clean by the end of this summer.

Just wanted to introduce myself and let everyone know that my specialty and hangout will probably be the opiate forums, and if anyone needs any help with anything regarding addiction, dealing with withdrawal symptoms both psychological and physical, that you should PM me or e-mail me any time and I will be glad to help.

I joined bluelight so that i can help others through the rough situation that I myself went through over the last three years of my life, and I look forward to posting in order to do just that.

See you all soon,
