Zenith, Misty, Sky, Steel
Blue has many types
Slate, Berry, Lagoon, Congo
Hopes and faith it wipes

Dreams can be so slippery
Like clouds you can not grasp
If you falter in the shadowy times
My hand is there for you to clasp

Shine through all your regrets
Set yourself a goal
You could set the world ablaze
You’ve left footprints in my soul

You need to respect yourself
Acceptance is always hard
Trust the ones who love you
Anything that hurts you, disregard

If you feel abandoned
In the cool blue darkness of midnight
Drown away evil thoughts
Keep your gentle spirit a flight

It’s more then just a colour
It makes your heart drain away
But pick up that puddle on the floor
A new beginning starts today
