Misc Blue, unmarked. Indian "phenergan" tablets, any experience??

So I got these from a place I trust mostly, but they must sell knockoffs for some of their shit because they're unmarked and I cant find anything info wise on them online, so I'm pretty sure theyre fake.
They definitely taste like promethazine.
But plenty of molecules have a sharp bitter flavor on your tounge (though promethazine is pretty distinctive).
Anyone else have experience with bootleg Indian promethazine?

I haven't although the Phenergan I used to get were blue no labled pills and they were real. What makes you certain these aren't real? You say they even taste like promethazine so is it packaging or effects? Just curious. If it's really bothering you maybe always go into a pharmacy and grab them from a place you 110% know they're real?

Where (not source obv) did you get the phenergan you had, prescribed? The packaging looks fine I just am having a hard time finding anything much on "small, circular, unmarked blue phenergan tablets by Abbott pharmaceuticals". The pharmacy is a good recommendation but its prescription only where im at, and they always give my shitty zofran instead. May i ask what country youre located in? I think different countries probably have different laws on the labeling of tablets and pills
