Blue track marks!??!

Hey guys. I have these weird blue dots where my track marks were.
I used to shoot up everyday for a few years and have been (mostly) clean for about a year now with a few slip ups.
Most of my scarring has healed but these odd little BLUE DOTS are leftover at the injection sights. (Obviously the vein itself is scarred)

Now have anyone else experienced this? Because I've never met anyone else with this issue!

Can I ask what you were injecting? I have/had messed with products when I was younger that were colored with food coloring (or possibly dye) to distinguish product source between customers. Also if the color was altered from original product you'd be able to know that someone was cutting your stuff.
