They are Demazin Tablets.

They will claim it is a import from europe.
They will taste bitter, (a sign that its mdxx) BUT as most medicines do too because its to stop little kids/babies from munching on them.

Test with reagent kit before you buy to be real sure.

Claim also that reagent will turn "pink to purple quickly" MDXX doesnt turn Pink, turns dark blue/purple/black rapidly

I guess the uneducated would think they are the goods by looking at that. THere are so many prescription pills that could be flogged off to unsuspecting people as pinga's and they would never know until they te it and felt nothing....
