Blue Peace Signs- Southern California

I'm trying to find some information on blue peace signs in the LA area. There aren't any reports up but I was wondering if anybody has had any experiences with these and what they are. Thanks!

My dealer tried selling me green and yellow peace signs, I think there's speed with a low dose of mdma if I remember correctly.
