Blue oxy?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew of the small, blue, round oxycodone pill imprinted "V 48 12" is extended release or instant release? I can't find any information about this anywhere. Also, if it's extended, how can I go about making it all hit me at once? Thanks in advance for the replies :).
 
There is a site called drugs.com that has an identification wizard. It appears that you have the instant release type of oxycodone and not the extended tablets. Sorry, I'm closing this because we don't permit drug id's. One thing I wanted to mention is use care if you bought these from the street because they are commonly faked. Be safe!
