Can you please be more specific about what you are talking about, like maybe give us the NAME of the actual CHEMICAL you are referring to?
Im pretty sure it's legal if you are talking about the plant. But from what I read the effects don't seem to be anything worth to be striving for. It has Nuciferin and aporphine I believe and and I doubt that either of those are scheduled.
