Blue Lotus, Kenna & Zany bars

First let me clarify that the zany bars are from a headshop, aka blue lotus.
Now first question, does anyone know how many mgs or grams is in one capsule of Super Natural Kanna capsules? Package says "10 gram capsules" but there is about 22 capsules so my theory of 10 - 1 gram capsules was shot down haha. Just curious so I know how many to take. Package says 1-2 grams. Would be nice if it said how many capsules. Yes, I Googled the hell out of them and found nothing.
Also, I bought a 5 gram powdered Blue Lotus. What would b a good dose for some euphoria? Only did kratom a handful of times over a year ago. It says active dose is 1 gram but it says in larger doses it provides euphoria, as does the Kanna capsules.
Dosage advice anyone? And experiences would b wonderful!!
I'm also on approx 6 mgs alprazolam taken over past 2 hours if that matters.
 
These "Zany Bars" have phenazepam in them, I think. Not worth it, throw 'em out and don't mix them with those other drugs, especially since you have alprazolam in your system...
 
Thanks! I'm scared to take the zaney bars now so I'm gonna just toss em. No prices of course, but ghey were cheap enough I won't cry over the loss lol.
I never heard of phenazepam but after wiki and other sources I think it's best to heed y'alls advice and avoid them.
Isn't phenazepam a benzo & should be script only? The things they get away with sellling. Geesh!

Oh, one more duh question. Is it safe to take Kenna capsules seeing as it's an SSRI & I'm on Zoloft & Geodon?
