Poly drug user 20+ years. DoC past3 months is meth and seldom drink or do other drugs lately. ROA mainly smoking or snorting; booty bump once, iv x3 but haven’t felt that rush yet (30mg, 60 & last time 80). Supplies from an exchange.

Welcome to bluelight, Dreadheadfrank. The user name brings back memories of my late teen to early twenties. Had roots for seven years and most likely would still if it hadn't bee for metro-dade chopping them down in '93, I think it was. Sad time but was into shit I prolly shouldn't have been. Now I keep a bald-head but the roots have never dried up. ;)

Why would anyone want to remain a uni-drug user, right? Aside from being much safer... it is also much more boooooooooooooooooriiiinnnng! :p Love me cocktails, mate, but growing older makes for more responsibilities and for some a need to get one's shit together. Talk about boring; but rewarding, safer and more *reliable; not my stronger suits.
From the east coast myself. From the southernmost parts of Fla to now living in Pennsyl-fucking-vania... which I abhor. Not about me, though, at the moment. Trying to work all this out but coming to realize that sacrifice can take on a whole lot of meanings.
Hope to see ya about.
Try to stay safe, no?
Peace,
Ptah

Thanks for the welcome and I appreciate your sense of humor. I know all about responsibilities juggling daily recreational use with teaching middle school (science this year 6th). Had I gone into teaching directly after college I could have retired last year and use sick days to count for a 30th year. Having taught 22 years at six different grade levels doesn’t amount to shit now because of Covid where everyone I know feels like they are just treading water to keep their head above wate.

Science was my favorite subject in school: Always absolutely loved my sci instructors... all others couldn't care less about. ;) Bully for you, bud (no pun).
Yeah, the covid crisis has indeed fucked a lot of shit up. Nothing will ever be what it was pre-covid. This is going to mutate every year and there is no possible way we can keep up. We have destroyed a third of this planet and it will destroy a third of us in return, is my prediction.
We are a safe haven to hang out. Please keep that in mind that there is much to be gained here as far as health and safety: As with all things... it can also be a double edged sword and sharp: Be careful?
Thanks for joining up. It is encouraging and gives a bit of hope regarding the want of man/woman-kind to elevate or evolve.
Love ya, mate.
