Blue barrels ... some work some dont?????

Was just womdering if any one has had experience with the blue barrels that have been going around?????
cause 2 friends of mine had a half each the other night.. and said they where wicked... but last night... I know of 3 people that had halves of them... and felt nothing... besides a couple tingles????
how is this possible???

my guess is these barrels are a local repress. a fairly good one, i admit, but they have always been inconsistent. more powder gets in some, less in others.

were the pills for the same batch?
did they look exactly the same?

well... i got some. and those ones where taken... and where great.. then i got some more the next day but he said he didnt have any... so he came back and gave me them.. im pretty sure they where from the same batch.. looked the same...
