Blue Bape / Paul Frank / Monkey Face [EAST COST] - Good OR Bad?!

are these good? I know most of the bapes on pillreports are pipez, but these dont look anything like anything ive seen.
They arent double pressed (nothing on the backside)
these are blue
waxy pill itself, the color comes off EASY
put a little on my tounge, no sizzle, slight sour taste

Those look dirty as fuck. I got some of those for free from my guy, they were orange though, I gave them out for free to whoever wanted them, warning them that they tasted like pipes.
A friend reported they were methbombs and pipes.
