Blowing your nose after Insufflating Chrushed Time-Release Beads

Im assuming that once you crush time release beads, the tiny pieces of time-release material still chill in your nasal cavity for a lot longer than the actual medication.

So.. with a nasal bioavailability of, say 52%, how long after insufflation could one blow their nose without risking wasting some of the medication?
