Yes, I would say it does. If the print is something crazy it may make the user think it's just the best acid ever, or if the print is a print that is always "good acid" then the user will be more excited. Some regular white on white may have the user thinking "this isn't going to be the best" and as we all know, set and setting (including mindset/expectations) affect the trip.

The amount of lsd/DOx(if its not pure) on the blotter is what affects you, the design on the paper has nothing to do with how strong it is or how it affects you, just like logos on ecstasy pills dont mean anything
