Just had blood work done three weeks after finishing PCT. Who would have thought steroids destroyed HDL levels?

Before:

HDL 46

LDL 87

Trig 37

After:

HDL 30

LDL 87

Trig 81

Obviously diet also played a role in this. During my cycle (and sometime after) I would (occasionally) eat an entire medium pizza from the natural food store. I also semi-regularly let myself have cheese (tried to find "light" usually)

I supplemented with fish oil (8g/ED) and fixed gear cycling during and after my cycle. Just started taking ALA/biotin and niacin in hopes to raise HDL. Also red wine. Any other suggestions?

I'll be starting a test c/anavar cycle at the end of April. Yay or nay?

I read the article. I'm going to look more into this. Not sure if going all out would be the best option without more research.

Seriously?

Well, good call on the fish oil. Eat monounsaturated are the only fats you should be eating to get HDL back on track. Not sure how effective red wine might be. I suppose it would be fine in moderate amounts but the alcohol may cancel out any benefits if it's abused. Step the cardio game up as well.

Don't listen to him. i pound coconut oil and take anavar at the same time and my hdl stays in the 60's

That was sarcasm. I knew what I was getting myself into. I've been doing a glass of wine every night the rare times I buy a bottle.

I love how biking uphill, against the wind with a bag full of groceries and people randomly pulling in front of you isn't as beneficial as a somber pace on the treadmill. 8)

I picked up some coconut milk just to try it again. What a taste!

Would you guys recommend giving myself more time before I start this cycle?
At least my LDL didn't change. That HDL is below what's considered "healthy" but my overall score isn't that high.

I'm more surprised at my trig level.

Congradu-fucking-lations? That still doesn't mean you shouldn't do everything possible to make sure those numbers are back in normal ranges. Coconut oil is fucking nasty and to be perfectly frank, impractical to consume like that every day considering what's in that shit.

As long as it's any kind of aerobic exercise, it WILL help. I had a tough time lowering my LDL count. Sure enough, doing light cardio on off days fixed this issue very quickly. Trigs will go down at the same time your HDL goes down. Fish oil and smart eating will fix them both. There isn't really anything specific you can do to the 3 separate numbers. They all balance out once diet is in check.

Far as your next cycle, definitely wait to get those numbers back in check bro. Better safe than sorry. Once they get really out of control, it's just going to be harder to get them back to normal levels.

Don't listen to most of what he talks about. Hes a newbie. Your trigs will come back to normal.

How isn't coconut milk impractical? You need saturated fat and cholesterol to produce hormones. Especially important if your coming off cycle. HIGH saturated fat intake along with cholesterol boost up hdl and hormone levels.

Believing saturated fat and cholesterol is the devil is old school thought and outdated. There are tons of studies out there that low fat diets lead to decreased testosterone

To make the coconut milk taste good.
10 eggs- boil for about 3 or 4 minutes but don't let them get hard. I got food poisoning because the eggs aren't as clean in the Philippines so i boil them for a short while.

2 to 4 scoops whey protein.

Whole can of coconut milk and blend with ice

Taste like a basket robbins chocolate milkshake

Your HDL and hormones will recover in a quickness,

That shake will have around 2400 calories and easy to drink anytime.. See

IF I AM WRONG FIND STUDIES AND BACK IT UP

2400 cals in one meal. Beautiful. Hope you know where most of that goes. Consuming any more than 35-40 grams of protein in a meal is a complete waste. Seems like you're more concerned with unnecessary body fat and burning a hole in your pocket than building muscle. Var is a steroid for women dude. It's a fucking joke. Bragging that your values straightened out soon after taking it really isn't saying much. There's enough saturated fat in any self respecting lifter's diet as is. Not like you need to go pounding 50 grams of it in one sitting. Not saying that it's a bad option to have on hand, but you can't go relying solely on a fat packed shitty tasting shake to lower your numbers. You act as if trigs will go back to normal with time, even if he wanted to hop on another cycle.

Far as the newbie comment, well, lol. I'd be glad to prove you wrong any day of the week. I can provide stats and pictures at will, just say the word. Your attempt to condescend while providing narrow, archaic advice is amusing, to say the least.

Boys!

I already had a vague idea on what I should do and I should just stick with it. (No more turkey burgers with 12g of fat) If I get the will-power I may do light jogging before breakfast on off-days (on top of biking everywhere).

I looked into the coconut milk thing and found a study indicating that it has no effect on lipid levels. Not harmful but not good or bad.

During my cycle I would randomly have shortness of breath and occasional chest pain. That may have had to do with my insistance on smoking weed and/or superpump 250. Since I started using ALA (1g/ED) I've had no chest pain.

If test alone lowers my "good cholesterol" that much I'm positive adding var with send it down the crapper.

Did you mean LDL (not HDL) will go down the same time as my trigs? My LDL isn't that bad really but could use improvement.

Dude. Thats because people use shit doses of anavar. Of course its a womens drug when your doing 20 mg.. DO 100MG EVERYDAY. U can look everywhere it is compared to tren at that dose. The shake isn't meant to be consumed in one sitting its meant to be spread out throughout the day.

The only thing Superpump did for me was force me to spend quality time with the shitter. Drop it. Shortness of breath could be attributed to the smoking and the cycle both. I know that Tren causes terrible shortness of breath, assuming Test would do the same in a milder instance. I would definitely do winny instead of the var in addition to your base, if you want my opinion.

Not necessarily the same time, but the numbers are all mostly intertwined. If you're working to get HDL levels back up, trigs and LDL will be lowered. There isn't anything you can do to tweak one set of value specifically. That being said, it's possible to have normal HDL and trigs, and a high LDL, like in my case; but lowering an LDL number will also have beneficial effects on the other two, even if they are at par. Go easy on the diet and do light cardio. It will all fall into place.

If that's the case, why not use actual Tren? What you get in the end, considering what you are paying, is extremely little. Really hope you are stacking the var with at least 2 other chemicals to get tren-like results. Otherwise this statement is completely invalid, and laughable at best.

Even then, it's impractical to walk around with all day. Anybody who cares about their physique wouldn't touch that shit with a ten foot pole. The study you posted about fats is conclusive (Lol at the fact you posted it as if I didn't already know) but the simple fact is, this proves that sat. fats should not eliminated or even limited to a moderate extent. Mind you, this also means they shouldn't be sought after like some kind of miracle potion, which, according to the link above, doesn't even work!

Preworkout powders/rtd drinks are mainly used as a treat for me. I thought maybe a combination of caffeine/pot/test was the cause. I also considered the pot had been making me think more into it.

I already have the var so I'm going to use it. The modest side-effects and promise of easy gain maintenance/increased vascularity enticed me. I have enough for 8 weeks 50mg/ED. I'm pretty stoked for it.

Test C alone didn't make me grow that much but my strength increased dramatically. I also only ran it for 8 weeks (500mg/week). I ate big but not always at a consistent pace. <---happens when you sleep for 10 hours.

Bro thats a fucken study on rats and not all things cross over to humans and if u look its only a 2 week study.

Don't get me wrong, var is a solid roid. A large amount of what is gained stays there, since the gains come slow and are mostly pretty lean, at that.

Lol, considering the extremely rudimentary nature of lipid profiles, it really wouldn't matter if the study was done on silver-back gorillas. What exactly do you mean by "cross-over"? A rat is just about the closest you will get to a human when it comes to basic body functions, such as lypolytic activities. Chances are good that if no results were shown in the first 2 weeks, then any change past that point would be insignificant to even warrant recognition. There is a good reason what studies such as these are done during a short time period. Because if it does work, then results are quick.

You know what. I am bored. I just had sex and I don't want to argue.. Its simple.
I AM RIGHT AND YOU ARE WRONG. I love your avatar by the way.take care.

So...you're just here to spam?

I have posted valuable information and would bet that I have at least a solid 5 more years of lifting experience under my belt than you do. You on the other hand, haven't even posted an attempt at a refute. The only thing you proved is that you're a fucking idiot. Anyway, reported you for spam. Have fun with your coconut milk. Don't forget your proactive refining mask before you go to bed. Comparing var to tren. Oh dear jesus.

I'll just wait for the word from to OP, confirming once again that you have no clue what you're talking about and are only here to spam. You're just trying to nitpick every little detail. Epic fail on your part considering you don't even know how pharmacological studies are performed, you fuck. By the way, can I get some stats?

Var isn't being "compared" with tren in any of those posts.

You're right. It's not your fault that you're retarded enough to do "high-dose" var and then claim it works like a real steroid. OP? What does the OP have to do with this? I don't think you even know what the abbreviation means. Also, I'll just disregard that communist comment. Your attempt at political knowledge is too pathetic to even respond to. You're such a bamf, I swear. Bragging about your money and having sex every day, wish I could be as e-cool as you.

Hey guys. I have sex seventeen times a day with seventeen different girls - everyday. I have a car and life. Will this hinder my squat technique?
