hey, I hope I'm not bending the rules in anyway, I've attempted to UTFSB but I can't quite find what I need.

I'm just worried about a blood test I have in four days, and about what will be in my blood.

in two days I'll be smoking some heroin with a friend, and two days after that I have to take a blood test for a mental health issue (HR, I know the last thing I should be doing with mental health issues is drugs, but that isn't going to change; apologies.)

How long does heroin stay in your blood? will it leave my body quicker if i used a different ROA?

We don't allow these questions.
All ill say is Heroin has the shortest duration when smoked.

Look on google for how long heroin stays in your system but we can't help you with drug testing questions.
