Stimulants Blood pressure and drug in impacted stool re-emerging making big problem, need help

This is from a post I did earlier to let you in on where this problem came from:

...there was something wrong with these brand name Adderall 30mg XR's.

To make a long story short I've been constipated ever since the first day I got these although I did not realize it. So I've been popping them and the effects seemed strange at best, and really seemed to be lacking on a lot of levels. I was able to toss down 90mg's and go about my day like nothing happened except some mild speedy effects minus any upliftment or euphoria.

So I continued popping them even though I was unhappy with the results.

Yesterday my stool that had been constipated and impacted for 4 days began to move all at once. I woke up in the morning to the strangest feeling, something I hadn't felt since my heroin days. I felt the burn and light pressure of chemicals being pushed down veins, and hard. And there was a familiar rush behind each push. Well what seems to have happened was about 400 milligrams of active amphetamine was sliding around in my veins and I was getting shredded high as hell. I could literally feel the amp going into my heart and then it got pushed out of my heart to my extremities and then I would get hit with another wave of intense amphetamine rush just like if I was shooting it.

It got to the point where I could feel it in the veins in all parts of my body down to my toes and if it was a big hit, it would burn a lot more and you could actually watch my hands instantly tremor and my veins expand with pressure when the hit got to my brain.

This continued on for another 2 hours and I took a crap and thought it was over. Well it sure was not over. I walked the dog and when I was walking back in to my house I felt a huge hit go in the veins on my back and then I got hit like a pile of bricks fell on me, and the waves were a lot more intense and frequent this time. It was quite pleasurable but also alarming. At the same time I could feel my bowel moving. Every time it would move I would get hit hard. Some of these hits would be so strong I could feel it ripping through my veins like barbed wire right up to my brain and my head would get slammed and spun and start floating away farther and farther.

This kept building and building and I could feel it for 2 more hours. All the while I'm getting higher and higher. This is actually the first time I've been high on amps in months, I thought that was a thing of the past.

Anyway, is my hypothesis the actual case? Either way absolutely amazing fireworks show and rollercoaster ride. That is until I decided to toss down a few more on top of it and the whole thing became a psychotic meltdown ending in a horrible scene where I lock myself in my house going in to a masturbation frenzy for 3 hours followed by the most psycho case of psychosis I have ever had.

I think what happened was the first half of the dose which is IR got metabolized instantly, while the remaining half went down in the composite beads to be dissolved and metabolized in the lower GI -- which is where it got trapped in the impacted stool before proper metabolism?

so this problem just became worse when I double enema'd out there was still more left in there and I'm way too fuckin high now and my BP is outta control. My entire large intestine turned into a drug fermenter for the last weeks binging (which consists mainly of around 1000mg of amp) and I am feeling every last one of those milligrams right now.

I have a scrip for Inderal and I gobbled down a handful of those, about 100mg and they seem to be helping with the BP but still I can see and feel my veins are popping up and down and I can feel these intense ripping hits tearing through my veins and it's painful and I'm sick of it at this point. my temples are throbing.

If you have any experience to help me out please let me know. I'm dripping sweat and in a bad way right now like never before, like never even on crystal did I get this bad.

This just became not fun and I'm on the edge of driving up to the ER or something. I have a fifth of Crown, 60 or so more inderal. I think thats about it for the home remedies.

Dont take anymore beta blockers, they can cause severe vasoconstriction on top of stimulants.

Ive been in the same situation a few times before (completely overdosing on stims and feeling horrible, extreme paranoia etc) try to take some benzo's, they should calm you down (dont overdose) they usually are very effective against stim overdose. (i think you said you had a klonopin script).

shit. I just poppec another handful. And now I feel like an idiot because I was able to treat the high BP and get that down but I've found that these insane spriraing sensations that fly down the length of veins and that I thought were "hits" is actually turning out to be an electrical/nervous system issue. In fact if I press on an area with tendons I can set off a chain reaction that flys down maybe a nerve and ends in a spot where either it pulsates and tremors for a few seconds or gives me one good tic. Had a few full body tics as well which means maybe I'm on the way to a siezure so yeah I popped my last few pins, lets see how this works.

My advice - go to the hospital.

If you stay at home you either going to go nuts and get really psychotic or you are going to die.

sounds like you are going into a batshit psychosis. Take some benzos or go to the ER.
