Blood found in syringe

If I found a syringe with a small amount of wet blood, what's a time frame from use? A week? Month?

If it's your own blood, that's one thing but if it belongs to someone else throw it away.

syringe-blood can stay wet for quite some time iirc.

I think the OP was trying to determine if someone they know has used recently by finding a needle with wet blood.
