bloating on stims

does anyone get a bloaty feeling (and visible bloating) when they do stims at all? does it produce extra gas or something, im worried as sometimes its when i feel a slight strain on heart and worried it could be fluid acumlating from my heart not pumping right, bah coming down off nrg2 and meph, probs paranoid

sorry for this last bump, but on stims my stomach lliterally poked out like mad, and for a few days after then seems to go back down a bit, seems really odd.
