Blitzor - A question about MDMA receptor afinities

Bliztor I know for years you have been saying that most of the effect of MDMA is releasing mono amines, and that MDMA hitting receptors makes little difference, but in this PDF document it says that MDMA has quite good affinities for quite a few receptors:

what is going on here ?

Thats 5-HT2B receptors, Largely non-neuronal, and even if that is not especially true, they certainly aren't responsible foir any classical hallucinogenic effects.
