seriously bud, ur 2 young, yes ur an adult but u wont fill out til between 21 -25, 3days a week 2 build mucle aint enough, 5- 6 days a week, join a proper gym who will give u a work out programme dependedin on wot u wana do and if u still ain happy in a few years then by all means shoot up and shrink ur balls but give it time, im 28 and its only now im happy with my years or weight liftin, just dont be in a rush, it takes time, unless ur easurn europian then yer born with muscles on yer mickys ye b*****ds!!!!...lol
