Hi, so I have been a blend smoker, soon going to switch to pure chemical my next pickup, just curious if anyone knows the chemical that blend makers add to mask or hide the smell of blends being smoked? I'm wondering this because the smell from smoking a bowl of this shit is gone as fast as it came. I get that it is most likely bad to be smoked, but if its along the lines of the same risk as smoking a cigarette then it wouldn't matter much anyways. I quit smoking newp hundos a year ago so my lungs are in good health. Does anyone know what this is? and if you do, is it dangerous? what are the potential side effects of smoking this chemical?

I'm sure many people who still smoke blends, especially people who stumble upon this site through google, would appreciate easy access info on what another potential additives they may be smoking. Maybe if you know of any specifics on what most likely goes into a commercial blend, post it up. Thanks a lot guys, I'm looking forward to learning more about this.

Chances are they're just using a carrier leaf with a smell when burned that does not linger in the air for very long.

This.

Not all smoke and smell lingers as long as every other. Cannabis tends to stick around longer then a lot of things, and tobacco seems to linger even longer.
