Bleeding as a Consequence of Insufflating Opana IR and Subutex?

Hey, everybody!

I woke up this morning, and I noticed blood on my pillow. I did a bit of CSI work; I determined it must have came out of the right nostril I snort pills into. Next, I went into the bathroom and my stool was red due to anal fissure which I believe is related to opiate constipation.

If I am to continue snorting pills, besides switching to my left nostril, is there anything I can do for my right nostril? Such as nasal spray?

In terms of the stool, what stool softener works best and at what mg./dosage schedule if this is my opiate use schedule:

Monday - Thursday, Subutex, in the evening, with the exception of the 1mg. use on Thursday noon: ~3mg. Monday/2.5mg. Tuesday/1.5mg. Wednesday/1mg. Thursday. (= one Subutex/week btw and I bought a script and I can still make it until this next year) Friday - Sunday: a "10-pack" of Opana (oxymorphine) IR 10mg. pills.

Anyone else prefer Suboxone to Subutex? I actually prefer them because they have lactose in them and are much better and pleasurable to snort than Subutex. Anyone agree? Believe it or not, they are very rare. Seems like there is nothing but Subutex. I guess the doctors have all caught on to the naloxone BS or patients have gotten apt at convincing their doctors to switch them over.

I always liked the Ayr brand saline nasal gel for torn up nostrils. The one in the tube, not the spray. Miralax is probably best for constipation, but docusate is pretty good too. I used the latter 100mg twice daily.

Those are the 2 opioids that fuck my nasal passages up the most. Bupe is absolutely brutal on them, I do not suggest snorting it at all, especially if you have sensitive nasal mucosa.
