Can black tar heroin have a very red coloration and be partially transparent. Could it potentially look like a partially melted jolly rancher that was crushed up and mashed together? Or would that be something fake. I'm wondering if something like that is safe for people to use, because I haven't encountered anything like that before, but I'm also ignorant about black tar in general.

Well, at least this thread is worded a bit better than the last one. But please read the Guidelines. You will notice it says No substance ID threads. If you have a substance and are not sure what it is, please don't start a thread asking. Beyond having laboratory testing done there is no way for us to know what you have and such threads are pretty useless because they will usually only lead to endless speculation. You can get a reagent test kit for testing your substances, they are not 100% reliable but will give you a far better answer than trying to describe the way the substance looks on an internet forum.
Tar heroin can be brown, black or reddish, and comes in a variety of textures and consistencies. Do a Google image search, as suggested. There have been materials sold as "red rock opium" or "red heroin" that have been fake, an entirely different drug, or heavily cut, but we have no way to know if that is what you have. If you're in doubt then please don't use this stuff. If you are really set on doing it and are unable to test it, ask any of your friends who have tried this stuff how it affected them. As THC2LSD said, tar heroin will usually have a vinegar odor.
