black tar heroin hardening when smoked??

Not sure how much experience you have with BTH but it should never harden up when smoked. It should always always turn into a sludgy ball type of trail. Can't say for sure what you got without it in front of me but I'd say you got ripped off. Does it smell like vinegar at all? Obviously not a sure fire way to tell but if it doesn't then based on the other info you gave I'd say you got ripped off.

I really dont feel effects from it either, nothing like a heroin high is suppose to be. So I definetly got ripped off -__-, now this dude says he has china white lol yeah ok.

I wouldn't want to take risks with china white if that's what it really was anyway. I've heard it's SUPPOSED to be clandestinely produced fentanyl or that mixed with white powder heroin. Your source sounds unreliable and you should probably shy away from him and his bogus product lol.
