Maybe you got some stamp bags down in Texas and thats the brand.. Mayb e someone transported some powdered dope from NYC there lol. On the real though.. it's probably just some corny name that someone made up to try and sell dope. Yeah bro this shits the black ice~!!! Nothing like it in the world~!!!
