BL-Words Writing Sessions/Exercise?

so numb i can't feel the glass slicing my feet and as the blood runs into the spilled milk, it is so very clear that nothing will ever be good enough again.

Brilliant all over.

Seriously, a very unsettling piece of writing....Rather painful to read (in a good way). Nice :)

Eyes filmed in the hazy gaze of Camera Obscura,
Shiverings of alternating heat and cold process.
Can I summon the might to pull these sheets off me?
Another four hours of underexploited reality beckons.
Struggling against a rising tide of somnolence,
Dexedrine and coke would just make it better now.

It's 3.32pm.

Batteries too depleted to be recharged properly,
Spiralling into the vortex of another slump.
Ineluctable gloom suffuses all strands of the air,
Until I have no choice but to succumb and inhale it.
My stepladder out of this is in my bottom drawer,
It's brown, round and marked "Alza 54".

Relapsed. It's 7.32pm.

Alfa, your poem portrays the sense of hopelessness and self-compromise/betrayal of addiction perfectly, and you manage to make it fit to the theme. Kudos!

Hectic as with uni at the moment, so I wrote a quick haiku for this. I /heart baths =D

Steam floats, lavender
mist swirls, circling around
rising past closed eyes.

Keen to read everyone's responses! :)

twitching, back and forth like an errant print cartridge
bleary, burning eyes sick of peering upon the world.
edging cautiously along a twilight tightrope
separating bliss of peace from chaos of anxiety.
sanity taunts me with thoughts of lavender-scented linen closets
it knows the exodus is damned even though it wants to see me through

ki rising through channels of chakra
ignite neurons
decode
interchange atoms of nitrogen and light
sequence
this field interacts, charged
receptive
generated by father sol
the most abundant provider
all heat emanates from the nucleus

There's some cool stuff going on in here!

Love yours Mehm and fuckalfa. :)

Time to resurrect this methinks!

Theme: physical movement. Considering this is a hectic time of year for most, lets share our efforts in the New Year, say around Jan 10th.
