BL volunteers getting screwed by journalists.

I was just wondering if there are any examples of bluelighters volunteering to work with journalists only to have their footage spun in a negative manner to make them or the drug look terrible.

I'm pretty sure I've seen people speaking about such things in the past but as someone who doesn't really watch TV I can't recall any specific examples.

I recently received a tweet on Twitter from some woman named Cherry from some TV production company wanting to speak to people who have tried MXE and what their experiences with it were.
I haven't tried it myself but even if I had I wouldn't talk to them about it cos you just know it would be spun whichever way they want to portray it.
 
Absolutely. It's practically the law of journalism to sensationalize any topic they choose to cover.
Be it via spinning / editing the footage / text in such a way as to imply non-truths or to just outright lie and make up any old bullshit :|
You can't really blame users of substances (legal or illegal) for being intensely cynical when it comes to journalism can you? :\
 
I wondered if it was a member of BL who went on that.

The only Journalist I've ever knowingly spoken to has been Tim Malyon, a freelance journalist,and that was years ago, wish I'd kept in touch with him he was one of thee good guys

With your incredible grasp of the English language you probably do work at a tabloid.

If you do work for The Mirror, then at least some sense can be made out of that post with a bit of of effort. Like I said, you probably write the fucking horoscopes. If you don't work for them then your post makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, even after you piece it together into something intelligible.
