If you do a recipe book what about asking people to submit recipes they've not yet posted in the thread, so that people get a little something extra for what they're paying for, rather than just a copy of what's available for free online.

Guaranteed that we'll be asking for recipes. The recipe threads are great, but I don't know if there's enough in them both to have a decent sized book. Thanks for the tip!

- If you guys go with the oval "place" stickers that skillz mentioned, please do not go with the white oval with black lettering. I thought those were cool when they first came out, and every once in awhile I'll see one I haven't seen and wonder what it's for, but for the most part they've become over...played? and have lost their coolness/effect. I think going with that concept is a cool idea, but I'd much rather see a blue background with black lettering or something to that effect--It'll stand out more, you know?

- Maybe even have stickers that say "bluelight.ru"? I don't know much about URL-forwarding, but I wouldn't think that's a huge problem if the domain ever changes. An 8x2-inch sticker couldn't be too much more costly than those ovals.

- As far as the recipe book goes, if that idea is to be went with, it'd probably be a good idea to have an equal balance of meat-based and plant-based recipes. Sure, you could always just leave the meat out of a recipe, but then people are left thinking, "Hm, what's missing from this meal?" Or, maybe have the meat-based recipe and then at the bottom of the page be all, "replace the ground beef with ____ and cut the cooking time down by ____" or something.

What a shame about the calendar. Oh well, I guess it just makes last years even more collectible.

I LOVE the idea of the bumper stickers, but I don't know how smart it would be to have one on your car.. I can imagine the police would catch on pretty quickly and you may see your car unfairly targeted and being pulled over a lot more than usual?

Has anyone suggested t-shirts? I would definitely buy two of these, for sure.
