BK-MDMA and Therapeutic Dose of DXM

Okay, so about 5 hours ago I took 10mgs of DXM, not considering that I was going to be partaking in some Methylone tonight. I know that DXM and MDMA are both serotonergenic, however Methylone is more dopaminergenic and I feel as if I would be safe in taking the Methylone at around 11:00pm, which was the plan for tonight. Since it was only 10mg of DXM, which is almost sub-therapeutic dosage, would I be safe in ingesting around 250-300mgs of Methylone?

You are playing with fire here.

Sure, nothing bad may happen.. or you may start seizing out, heating up uncontrollably and if untreated you could potentially die as has happened before with Serotonin Syndrome. You should by no means gamble your life to get high on freaking methylone. Find another drug to do, or learn to have fun sober. Your health isn't worth the risk.

DXM is actually a potent SERT inhibitor. Methylone may not be as bad of a releaser as MDMA, but it still is a serotonin releaser. Generally speaking methylone + DXM (or other releasers + DXM) is not a wise combination for this reason.

Now, the half life of DXM is between 3 and 5 hours anyways, so over half of even that amount is out of the system by 11PM. The risk may be lowish. However, I'd prefer zero risk of serotonin syndrome vs. small risk of serotonin syndrome, though, plus I'd prefer to have all neurological systems as fresh as possible for maximum enjoyment. People report mood lift from DXM from doses as low as 60mg (indicating something is going on), so 10mg may not be as safe of a dose as we might think at first.

DXM and MDMA can cause massive over heating but as far a I can tell this is most prevalent when using both at recreational doses. I would expect the same to be true with BK-MDMA. there is a risk there but nothing like if you took a much larger dose lof DXM. but this is also in the realm of the unknown...who knows if BK-MDMA will react the same as MDMA with DXM. it may be that 10 mg is enough to send you to the hospital.

That's what I figured, I'm probably just gonna wait till Monday, big ass concert I'm going to, much better setting. Plus, my sinuses are getting worse haha, thanks for confirming my suspicion.
