I auctioned a coin on ebay, just to see what it would fetch. The highest bid came in at precisely the market value of the coins at that instant in time. Then ebay charged me a tenner for the priveledge of using their site. If I'd have doubled the actual market value, that would have meant £7,000 from a £250 deposit. 8o I'd be traveling the west coast and deserts, grand canyon, yellowstone park, rocky mountains of the USA and Canada for 6 months if I'd been that lucky.

Where can you get the coins at good prices then ? Please share.

How do I get money on Bitstamp. Not really interested in withdrawing it back out asi will be using the coins to purchase some drugs which I intend on consuming

Whats this with people saying bit instant now requiring ID verification? I just logged in and it works fine, its my account from like 5 weeks ago and still hasnt asked for details, coins are sold at the market value as well.

open an account, https://www.bitstamp.net, select deposit, EU bank sepa, do the bank transfer from your bank. Simple as. Their customer services will help you if you have any problems with this.
 
why would bitcoins be different than regular money? i mean, they can be seized since they may be stored locally....

however, will be interesting to see how they cash them in... since the market is still quite volatile

My fuckin God, i get what is meant by 'volatile exchange rate' now. I bet my house that no bitcoin company was willing to give people cash fro their coins when the price was @ it's peak. I'd be fuckin minted now if id cashed in at that moment. I think the BCs were about 80$ when i cashed in, i was more than happy with that as i had increased the value of my deposit by at least 14 times. If only id been even more of a drugs pig when i made my initial deposit and gone for a grand or 2. I could be traveling the world for ten years now. Ah the daydreams, like all those people who line up to buy their lottery tickets every week.

you learn as you go. You can make it as easy or complicated as you want. Some people get all techy and pgp encrypt external hard drives and stuff like that. All that was beyond me, and thats why i just sat on my coins for ages and had the luck of their value rocketing. Theres no need to do all that techy stuff though if your just a small time personal user who makes an occasional buy rather than a big time dealer IMO.
 
Friendly warning - If you sell bitcoins on Ebay and accept paypal you will probably be scammed...
