Is that not the price they sell bitcoins for, rather than the buying rate?

I spent the 0.7 I had when they were over £100 each, I'd bought it when they were £10. After that I've just spent them immediately so the exchange rate hasn't mattered.

When i first looked into this about a year ago, browsed the affiliated forum, these kind of problems were causing chaos at that time too. Maybe we should get the governor of the bank of Cyprus to run it. Maybe you get 3 hours a months where it all works, and thats your window of opportunity. !

5 or 7 grand is no good to me until its in my hands or bank account. Its just virtual otherwise. Im playing it cautiously optimistic, and beeing extremely polite to everyone envolved in the transactions.

yes, nightmare scenario, to see a FOOTSIE style black Monday stock market crash (w/e day it was) when billions were lost)

what i know about economics is what ive taught myself so that = FA. But if a currency is rising at a steady rate, and not peaking and troughing day by day, this indicates a level keel. Dont see how it can be so stable with all the turmoil though. But definately not complaining abt that.

Are there any drug taking economists, that use bit coins, and are good with this type of shenanigans on here ?

That is a very long shot i know. A minimum of a 10% cut goes to you if you get it all sorted and into my bank before i do.

Unless the exchange rate was determined at the time MDB started all this. In which case it would just make it more annoying. Can you even tell that, MDB?
 
instead of cashing out with bitcoins you should cash in for other, more tangible items and go from there

the ER fluctuates slightly day by day (ive been watching it the last week or so).

@Shim - i started on the tangible assets root, but there was only one Amazon type bit coin site i could find. So at least ive got a copy of the walking dead season 1 (wow - well done me). Could have done with some high end luxury goods that dont loose their value as soon as they leave the shop.
 
wow I could have downloaded that in 30 minutes why would you even buy bitcoins if you arent going to use them on TOR talk about a waste of time
 
It was just a test purchase.. Please stop being such a know all. It's easy to be wise after the event. Why haven't you made 8 grand and stashed it in your bank if its so easy ?

Besides, i have downloaded tons of films, my internet connection is shit, the PQ is not up to scratch. I'm an audio visual perfectionist. And i wanted to watch this in the highest quality possible.

P2P stuff allows viruses and hackers in, ive had enough of them allready this year.

i was originally going to use the BCs on tor. How was i to know that my £250 would become worth £8000 or so. Priorities change, people loose jobs you know, people develop drugs problems.......

I need to be running down my stash not shipping tons more in.

better stop there before i cross the forbidden line in the sand that BL draws.

im not 100 % sure, just read/heard it somewhere. You anonymously hand over your UK coinage and get the equivalent back in Bit Coins. You could go in wearing a balaclava to avoid cctv identification.
