Bitch landlord

@lecroute my ex-neighbour,
he is gone now, miss em like shit raining from the sky.
Apparently it was his own dog trying to kill him,
his mom saved him by hitting the dog with a steel pan, and locking it up.
That made him leave, living under supervision. :drunkmonk: good riddance.

The landlord did shit during my two year be harassed by him.
Maybe, he was crazy, never even accepted the fence.
The separate house thin concept. Fucking terrorising me.
Over the fence over the fence, whatever bull came up in his head.

So after he left the landlord started fucking me, within a few months.
Why ?
They had their roof fixed, took em 5 year to bend back a piece of Lead.
Installed the old kitchen, only the MOFO forgot to leave a stop. Pfff.

Then a neutral couple came, for a check on a known problem, to the land lord.
Concrete-Rot. Up climbing water,
There is 20 cm water in my under floor about 60 cm deep.

And all kinda trash and he had, wearing a Bulletproof pack,
get in there dig to the other side, a tunnel, so using a pump.
To drain the water temporally.

this sounds really awful. it can bring all kind of complications if not dealt with.

my issues with the gardener and self-proclaimed administrator are settled, no idea how.
and that one nasty neighbor was told off by another neighbor the other day, and neighborhood gossip says this will last for at least six months before the nasty one gets jerky again.

i really hope your neighbor/landlord/house issues will resolve soon as well!

Serious, my ex has the same house. It even lies 4 meter deeper.
She is -2 i am + 2 [NAP]. But hers always dry, and 2 or 3 x times as high.

Mine is obvious clay, sand is bad but assume clay is worse.
And almost always wet from pooles to 10/20 30 cm. Seldom dry.
One good thing my kids not here, got fungus growth on weird places.

Good the neighbourhood is kinda behind you,
weird six months and he will about start again. Go off, weirdo.
Did you try Stoicism, just discovered it but next time.
Any shit like this, be it landlord, cop or ex.

there are two things on my mind.
Coincidence or luck/ a sign, i am a believer so its been signs long time.
The first exists, when you win in the casino
[mind i am not native English, many forget not all are natives]

The second has spiritual roots, i guess.

Well the Bitch Landlord, this month is summoned
to listen to their renters. And answer !
And who will be answering, the Uber Bitch that is
my landlords client-manager. By who i was personally
insulted, tried to manipulate me, lied and totally lacked:
Respect, Integrity, self-reflection, client friendliness.

Besides doing fuck what she is supposed to do according:
protocols, rental contract, human behaviour.
And now she on a sort of tribunal, where i will as integer as can.
Not even naming her name, when talking bout her actions.

But wow, a wonder, i had nothing to do with this happening.
At the right moment, but very curious bout her answer s.
My approach not yet clear, but non personal or offensive,
but will contain the truth.

Btw the ones organising i know, called em for advise.
They represent the renter, still waiting on their call back.

Judgement nearing, 35 minutes it starts i have low expectancy so narrowed down.

Fro text to 4 points , hoping one will be answered. These folks always cover each other.
Edit i what will take place when back. You may pray for renter victory.
 
The evening was organised by the foundation for the renter interests.
Remarkeable was they where glad the landlord did sent a representative.

While entering i manoeuvred to the most forwards table, asked if it was
free or for the representative s, go sit down next to a older men, friendly.
They need new members. It where the people of the foundation.
So had a quick talk not to go in personal things but thing s in general.

Which narrowed down my list, but the questions to the energy coach about the
choice for expensive PUR, instead of a reuse able non toxic not combustible alternative. So that question landed, she of course didn t have an answer, she also from outside rented, but might get it through to the landlord.

The question about the landlord employees not able to correctly interpret,
the rental contract. My sweethart client manager dogded.
Stayed with the renters not understanding and .... silence.

A silence says something, most of the time not saying something in your disadvantage.
Truth is easy, lies change all the time, except when well trained.

Bummer, but i met the renter s representatives. Good thing i was there,
it was a full house also a good sign.
