I can't believe this shit is real, but I can't believe it isn't, either... I dunno if I've posted this in the right place, but it seems to be immediately applicable to North America.
So at the risk of starting some kinda flaming shitstorm, here it is.
This -> http://birdflu666.wordpress.com/2009/04/13/4/ is Jane Burgermeister's (Austrian/Irish national, journalist) blog, explaining the charges filed, a link at the top of the page shows the charges themselves with the introduction translated into English (they were filed in Austria initially, and apparently with the FBI and various local police departments since then...). The full translated text is available also (see the note about inauthentic copies).

Google will also find a whole bunch of indie news on the story, but I haven't been able to find ANYTHING on any major news website...
