bioshock 2

Cheers yall I did just that and yep the half price helped to encourage me....lol.

Hey its not bad thus far. I seem to have a bit of trouble finding who is shooting me or whatever at times but other than that its interesting and Im really impressed with the smoothness of the controls.
 
Bioshock 2

So far only 25 minutes into this, graphics are even better than before, the movie scenes are flawless and intense... haven't tried the multiplayer yet which is what I am looking forward to the most.... who else is getting own on it. I got a used copy for 21 dollars, thought that was a steal.

I actually stopped playing this about half way through.

Its just the same boring crap over and over and over again.

Every stage is identical or close enough to the last one with just you being slkightly stronger and the opponents being slightly stronger (hence making the fact your stronger rather poiintless) and it just continues like that the whole way through.
Well at least to the half way point.

Mindlessly boring.

Its the same as Final Fantasy games with just a different scene. Boring as bat shit after trhe first day or so.
 
yeah i struggled to maintain interest enough to complete the first one. got to the end, beat th last boss with great difficulty (only subsequently found the youtube vids of psychos beating him with only a wrench).

yeah it's repetative, but nowhere near as bad as assassin's creed.
 
Not played bio shock 2, had 1 and thought it was good. mostly due to the story and theme i think. Hope they make the movie, last i heard it was still delayed (2013!) :(
