I have a 30mg roxi that I'd like to safely take advantage of soon. I'm pretty opiate sensitive so I'm just going to do 5mg at a time. My preferred method (or as it has been in the past) is to insufflate it. But I've recently found out that I may have adult onset asthma, so snorting probably isn't my best option. Next preferred method would be sublingual, but would that be worth it? Or does anyone have any experience with snorting with asthma? Thanks.

The best way to take oxycodone is orally. I take oxycontin sublingually but that's only because of the shitty gel the OPs make, they give me stomach cramps and pain.

Roxicodone though, I would take orally. Don't even consider snorting pills if you have asthma, you don't want to aggravate it.

I have asthma and have never had any issues from snorting opioids. I mean, they depress your breathing so you need to watch out for that and keep your short acting inhaler near by regardless.

Frankly, unless you have really bad asthma, I don't see any big problems arising from snorting it once in a while. Of course, if you're doing like mountains of powder, well of course that is a bad idea. But I don't see one 30mg roxi once in a while giving you an issue.

Of course, as has been mentioned if you would rather just try something new, orally is probably your best bet as you don't have much tolerance if any to speak of.

If you wanna try something new, using it rectally will give you the most bang for you buck. However, you'll want to be rather conservative with your rectal dosage as the BA is higher. I'd suggest plugging (using rectally) like 15 or 20mg of the roxi and saving the rest to eat or snort.
