Misc big dose neurontin then 600mg lyrica?

I figured out the optimum nuerontin dose for me at least, but it might work for other people. I take 200mg every hour any less and I don't really feel shit. I usually end up splitting a 600mg tab in 3 and that is all I need, if I take the whole 600mg at once I also don't feel shit.

In my experience, neurontin doesn't do a damn thing for me in a recreational sense, but pregabalin on the other hand.... Holy Shit, I get ridiculously euphoric. Stumbling around and getting kind of weak feeling in limbs, not to mention the great mood stabilizing effect. I have no anxiety and get pretty sincere about what I am talking about. Obviously these are in higher doses (600+) as the lower doses just make me a little happy.

I really notice no difference in terms of 'euphoria' or 'effect' other than lyrica is more potent than gabapentin. IMHO, I feel that both work better at the lowest dose possible. With gabapentin, that would be 300mg for me, and with lyrica, 100-150 mg. I've taken super high dosages of Neurontin, and while it does have more stimulating effects, I find that it can be rather uncomfortable, and I don't like the loss of coordination and strange panoramic visual perception that is comparable to Alcohol and GBL.

Both drugs are very odd, as the effect I get from them is never consistant. Sometimes I will feel almost as if I've taken an opiate, other times a benzo, a stimulant, a cannabinoid, or another non-benzo, non-opioid depressant. At lower dosages though I've always been able to get a nice anxiolytic effect out of it that is not as sedating as say, clonazepam, and also has the benifit over high dosages in that tolerance does not build up as fast. Once you've taken over 1.5 grams of the stuff you've really fucked with your tolerance, and continuing to raise your dosage will pretty much just be a waste as less and less is absorbed.

i've been on gabapentin for close to a year (3600mg a day) fading into pregabalin (900mg a day).
both drugs lose their recreational effects as fast as benzos do. and like with benzos they're pretty limited to begin with. however, gabapentin (still) produces a noticeable mood shift in me (always for the better), with pregabalin this effect is absent but i get a much more pronounced anxiolyses. also, i've never encountered a drug where tolerance is such a fucking bitch as with gabapentin.
both have their uses, and both are substances i've used and abused without much of any ill effect.

I have access to pretty much all the 300 mg caps of gabapentin i want, I really do get a buzz off of it, it lifts my mood and makes me happy and gives me the ambition to do stuff, I had something weird happen last night though, i am coming off iv opiates, i used suboxone for 5 days ... 1 8mg strip cut into 5, yesterday was my last dose of sub, so i took 4 caps of gabapentin(300 mg) and i took 10 lopermide caps, and 1 baclofen... be4 i went to sleep. I was suppose to goto work, I wake up at 7pm thinking its 7am, get ready for work and was about to head off, i went outside and thought it looked weird for 7am, i thought it was just very gloomy and dark and was gunna rain (i dont usually set an alarm, i wake up on my own usually)... has this ever happend to anyone? It was really weird, on the brightside, i dont feel bad at all, no withdrawel symptoms, feel like a normal person! couple more days of this and i should be good :)

Basically i slept for 21 hours..... and woke up all messed up in the head....

i've heard from quite a few people that gabapentin and clonidine are pretty much the most useful substances during opioid withdrawal.
that off course excludes opioids.

Tolerance I've found will go down within a week or two, it's not that bad if you can deal without it.

And yeah, I agree these drugs are amazing for opioid withdrawal.

^^yep, neurontin wil wipe away 95% of phenibut withdrawals as well..

and yes, ive found that i can use neurontin for 3 days straight and it works very well then but any longer than that and it poops out..i lay off for 2-3 days and then the magic is back...good times..
