Mine arrived today. Tan powder as everyone else has said. Clumpy, slightly damp possibly. Looks like a darker MDPV although doesn't smell the same. Scales measure to ±10mg, calibrated 6 months ago, so no guarantees of accuracy but this report shouldn't be far off. Mine also came from a website talking about how they finally had good 5-IAI, and which posted a scan of a (100MHz?) NMR report which they say backed up the fact it's 5-IAI. No reason to doubt the seller's trustworthiness above any others, and the package arrived promptly and well-packed with a printed label on the sample's bag saying what the contents were.
5mg oral in water: no effects at 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Baseline throughout.
10mg oral in water: again, no effects at 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Baseline throughout.
50mg oral in water: possibly a slight increase in body temp at 30 mins, head felt slightly fuzzy-edged, and this was pretty much it. Effectively baseline throughout, again.
120mg oral in water: slight alerts at 30 minutes (i.e. slight fuzzy head, slight temperature increase), blood pressure constant at 135/70 at 30, 60 and 90 minutes, pulse normal - 60-70bpm, possibly a tiny amount of pupil dilation but nothing to write home about. No other noticeable effects - no more than a +1 if that. Felt like I was back at baseline within 90 minutes.
200mg oral in water: slight alerts at 30 minutes again; headspace is again fuzzy. Body temp is again slightly elevated, and appetite is slightly diminished. Currently at the +45 minutes mark with noticeable pupil dilation, slight increase in the sensation of how warm my forearms are, and a slight softening of the sensation of touch. Am not expecting anything much positive from this. Hopefully there won't be too much if any of the insomnia reported by other users. Again, no more than a +1 by my (non-scientific) reckoning.
May try 300mg tomorrow.
**** Update ****
Just as I had given up on this sample, this happened (re-posted from below):
Right, I have some interesting (ie more positive!) updates to report. I will update my original post if I can but, in short, at +120 minutes the physiological effects were much more MDMA-like - significant muscle tension throughout body, heat, and a 'stoned' feeling - very serotonergic I guess? Very dilated pupils, quite talkative, but still capable of sleep from +4 hours to +9 hours.
There wasn't, however, very much of a positive mental aspect to the substance; no noticeable empathy or positive emotional shift, although that could well be - as mentioned - a result of titrating up from a small initial dose over many hours.
I was back at baseline - ie no body load or stimulation - at the +13 hours mark, but at +20 hours I drank a Martini (not my idea!) and am pretty certain I'm feeling effects again: pupil dilation, considerably more energy, and a noticeable lift in mood despite my tiredness after a day at work.
+25 hours: Last note before bed: I'm still showing significant stimulant effects at +25 hours - dilated pupils, some muscle tension (especially in my legs), heat and very decreased appetite.
I suspect this will be uncomfortably long-lasting at high-enough doses for any possible euphoria, but like I said earlier, it could well be that any euphoric effects were muted because I started low and increased the dose.
Jury's still out, but at least it's not inert...!
+36 hours: Ok, woke up this morning at the +36 hour mark. No residual stimulation - I'm completely back to baseline, and a little bit tired-feeling. Slept like the dead last night (in a good way).

I need to take a week's break from everything with lots of rest before trying again. I'll take 200mg most likely with no top-up and nothing in combination, apart from vit C and chelates magnesium to offset the muscle tension, and will report back.
In short, this definitely shows physiological similarities to MDMA and definitely doesn't have the same abuse potential of Mephedrone as the half-life might well be very long indeed, but I'm going to reserve any kind of judgement as to whether it has recreational potential until I can make a more objective assessment.
All the best,
Al
