BG, Serbia totally dry of weed

So ever since new year's Belgrade has been completely dry of mid-high quality weed. I haven't been looking super hard, and I'm also quite new here but I speak the language quite well and people know what I want and that I'm no cop. Everyone I ask seems to be saying the weed comes from Albania a lot of the time. There was a giant weed village in Albania that got taken down.

I also understand it's not a rich city, but come on people. This is fucking blasphemy, I don't understand how a big city in a country in Eastern Europe could be totally dry of weed that isn't shit. During the past months from New Year's until now, I've found it once, and it was not very good at all. Looking for some fellow Serbs to shed a little light on the situation, possibly other Balkan weed enthusiasts experiencing similar/completely different things. Actually, I won't even limit what I'd like to hear from the community, this is my first post and this might be the wrong place so who knows you guys just might destroy me. Cheers.

Got any recommendations for types of outdoor strains that can require limited care and still have nice yields? Tips on how to start growing, pretty much a basic noob rundown?

Swiss cheese by nirvana seeds can be grown fairly well outdoors in the uk and doesnt grow too high so handy for stealth. Nice smoke too. Im not too sure about serbia's climate though, so dunno what'd fare well there.

People, animals and mould are ya biggest issues outdoors so have that in mind when choosing a strain

what can i say, ive lived in places for years and never found weed from street dealers, and i too am from an eastern country. on the other hand, i have several friends who have found it within days of being in some city.

luck plays a role too. as does looking like a dork in my case

There are other websites for detailed grow instructions & questions. Which plants do well outside depends on your climate, if you get early frosts then you want something that flowers quickly, if it's wet then you want something with thin buds that wont rot. You can also grow plants inside under high pressure sodium lights on a hydroponic system, with a fan for ventilation & carbon filter to remove the smell, 'grow tents' are available for small personal hobby grows, you can easily crop every 3 months indoors, you have better control over the conditions & it might be easier to hide. There are autoflowering strains that flower at a certain age rather than waiting until the season changes, they're usually smaller plants but might be easier to grow outside if the climate isn't ideal & will produce something before autumn.

Seeds are legal in many countries & you can easily order them online.
