bezos dont work!

U used to take various benzos about 8 months ago inc xanis, temaz, val.

got scripted em again. got precrived to take 15mg/day.
took the dose. (my tolerance should be gone by now, RIGHT????)
& to tell u the truth if someone laced it in my cup of tea i prob would even notice id taken anything.
i feel like maybe 10% reduction of anxiety. but it might be pacebo.

& only some drs actuallye that 5mg is a strong dose & is gunna be top notch medication to stop a panic attack. unbelable.

I hope i never do get a SEVERE panic attack or sezure or soemthing cuz id be better off just stoppin off fopr a 6 pack of beer

anyone else feel this way?
 
5mg wouldn't do jack shit for me, even if i wasn't tolerant.

i'd say 10-15mg for anxiety, stress, etc and 35mg+ for recreational use.

damn...

well most of my experience with benzos is fairly recent(few years) and at high doses for insomnia, when i "look back" at what doses of downers was working i'd be looking back at when i was on barbiturates.
 
I knocked back 30mg Valium together with an entire white grapefruit and went into a staff meeting about 30 mins ago. I fell asleep sitting upright in my chair and instantly became the source of much laughter amongst my co-workers.

I also struggle with anxiety issues in high stress and/or social situations but benzos just don't work well for me. For me benzos work more like sleep-aid tablets.

What did you expect from benzos? Euphoria? Sense of well-being? Feeling "high"? Its rare to experience those effects. They are not common. Effects you should expect is relief of anxiety, drowsiness and relaxation.

Also, 30mg is a lot for someone who has never used benzodiazepines.

LOL. I have a very high resistance to most drugs. I have to take very high doses of whatever meds I take or else they have ZERO effect. Must be genetic - my dad is the same way. I'm starting a new thread about my freaky problems so as to not hijack this one.
 
might ask my doc to change me from vals, to kpins but will i regret it?
cuz vals arnt helpin me sleep or relax, only like %5 better.
dont want xanax to addictive. didnt like the ups & downs & val has that peace of mind that ya not gunna get a sudden rebound effect.
temazepam felt weird to me felt sleepy & yawned but not natural. & only calmed.


maybe be better off just gettin some otc sleepin stuff or gettin seroqul unless any1 else has got any good ideas for axiety, & expecially insomna (not waken up every few hrs)
