So I've been on Estrocontrol by Beyond Alpha for 12 days. about a quarter through of the supply I got. And it seems to be working to reduce man boobs, beer belly, and even second chin. It's meant to flush out extra estrogen from body builders or those on antipsychotics like Invega. I'll post the week by week progress at the end of the 48 day supply I got. It's kind of expensive why it took awhile to get it ordered.

It's got Vitamin C and Selenium.
The mix is Milk Thistle extract, BroccoRaphanin, and Artichoke Extract.

Do you have any recent bloodwork showing elevated Estradiol?
Any reason why you did not procure a pharmacological Aromatase Inhibitor drug?

Get a blood test for estradiol thats the only way you can be sure its working
The issue with E tests is that the concentration of estrogen in the blood doesn't directly represent the concentration inside organs & tissues. In other words there is no correlation between serum concentration and tissue concentration. The implication is that checking E levels is not a valid diagnostic tool.

Any reason why you did not procure a pharmacological Aromatase Inhibitor drug?
There are many effective options which are in some ways more advantageous to pharmaceutical aromatase inhibitors. All are OTC and inexpensive.

The activity of aromatase increases with aging, and under the influence of prolactin, cortisol, prostaglandin, and the pituitary hormones, FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and growth hormone. It is inhibited by progesterone, thyroid, aspirin, and high altitude. Aromatase can produce estrogen in fat cells, fibroblasts, smooth muscle cells, breast and uterine tissue, pancreas, liver, brain, bone, skin, etc.

Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol):
In the vitamin E-treated group, the reduced androgen target gene expression is in agreement with studies demonstrating that vitamin E inhibits the androgen receptor (25). In addition, vitamin E affected estrogen metabolism by down-regulating aromatase expression.

Pregnenolone:
The inhibitory effects of progesterone on estradiol secretion by granulosa cells from HPX rats appeared to be specific, rather than general toxic effects. The progesterone precursor, pregnenolone, was as effective as progesterone
