How effective would it be?

It is basicaly just norepinephrine based instead of methamphetamine based Like MDMA
IT is MDMA plus A hydroxyl group on the beta carbon and without the alpha methyl group, how effective would it be with or without the N methyl substitution and/or the beta Hydroxy?
Wikipedia tells me that it works if the beta position is de-hydroxylated,(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methylenedioxyphenethylamine) also if the hydroxy is made into a methoxy group
Pseudoephedrine is not normaly active oraly, the BBB filters it out and it is beta hydroxylated, however the beta methoxy form of some drugs are active,(of course ethers are less polar) which would be true of this molecule?
