It is basicaly just norepinephrine based instead of methamphetamine based Like MDMA

IT is MDMA plus A hydroxyl group on the beta carbon and without the alpha methyl group, how effective would it be with or without the N methyl substitution and/or the beta Hydroxy?

Wikipedia tells me that it works if the beta position is de-hydroxylated,(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methylenedioxyphenethylamine) also if the hydroxy is made into a methoxy group

Pseudoephedrine is not normaly active oraly, the BBB filters it out and it is beta hydroxylated, however the beta methoxy form of some drugs are active,(of course ethers are less polar) which would be true of this molecule?

Beta hydroxy and beta methoxy are very different, and all of the substituted ephedrines are pretty crap (they don't go through the bbb and just cause peripheral side-effects). I don't think this would be any more interesting than methylenedioxyephedrine.
Also, things with that bare amine on the end of a carbon chain like that tend to get shredded very rapidly by MAO's. I don't think a beta hydroxyl is going to change that.

I don't know about that. Beta-hydroxy phenethylamines get into the brain far, ephedrine has no problem. A beta-hydroxy substitution just sucks for DAT and VMAT2 affinity.

DOSAGE: 80 - 120 mg.

DURATION: 6 - 8 h.

QUALITATIVE COMMENTS: (with 90 mg) Distinct body awareness in an hour. The threshold is mostly physical. Faint sense of inside warmth, skin prickling, cold feet, loose bowels, anorexia. By the fifth hour, I was on the downslope, and in retrospect I found it good humored but not insightful.

(with 100 mg) There was a vague nausea, and a chilling of the feet. It reached a real plus two, with dilated pupils and quite a thirst. How can one describe the state? There were no visuals, and I was not even stoned. I was just very turned on. And I was completely back to baseline by hour number six.

EXTENSIONS AND COMMENTARY: There are several reports of a nice, mild mood enhancement in the 20-40 milligram dosage area, but searches for psychedelic effects at higher levels gave a strange mix of some sort of an altered state along with bodily discomfort.

Shulgin also talks about the non-methylated version there, but it never got made or tasted...
