beta blockers recreational value???

Hi Guys,

Does any know if beta blockers can be used recreationaly ? I ask because everything I read says no but from what I've heard they can be very relaxing.

So just a little confused with regards to this matter, any advise would be appriciated.

No, they're not recreational, though they can be used to make you feel better if you're jittery or nervous.

It's like taking Tylenol to get fucked up; sure it's a painkiller and it might make you feel better, but it's not directly "fun".
 
^ this. They do the job they are meant to, but nothing more.
