Best Weight Loss Drug

Running is a good way to lose weight and keep it off. If you're really, really out of shape it can suck when you first start, but after the first week or so, it gets much easier. When I was in college I ran about 5 miles a day, but I stopped when we had kids and put on way too much weight, and even still, when I started again this winter I managed about 10 minutes my first time and a week later I was doing about 20 minutes without a problem. I switched to running outside this week- much colder and a bit painful on the lungs at first, but I'm doing about 35 minutes now, but that's ending without being exhausted or panting or anything. I could probably do another 15 minutes at this speed, but I want to pick up the pace before I worry about hitting the hour mark again.

Besides, you meet more attractive women running than you do at the average bar...

I wish I had your ambition.

well that depends on whether you are looking for legal or illegal options. heroin is deff the best ive had, you have little to no appetite and i swear the drug eats your fat cells. i went from weighing 220lbs to 110 in a matter of 6 months. but the side effects such as withdrawl and addiction arent pleasent so choose wisely.

holy shit voices telling me they were going to kill me? id have shit my pants and curled up into a ball, either that or popped 4mg of klonopin and prayed it was over when i woke up.

i binged on 4mmc, needless to say i lost probably 5 pounds in 3 days, possibly more, but by the end of it I was just barely starting to get auditory hallucinations, so i stopped. because thats one of the scariest things in the world to me. like i said, id shit my pants.

stopping mephedrone is probably a great idea, but in case auditory hallucinations should ever arise again (like spontaneously) try not to fear them. Try to deal with them as you would deal with psychedelic-induced perceptual disturbances.

I find that I am hallucinating almost continuously now that I've all but cut off Xanax after a six year habit. The voices are indeed terrifying at first, but if you examine them with clinical detachment, you may learn something about yourself and the voices may become friendly. They are, quite possibly, communiqués from your subconscious, and as such are potentially very insightful!

You are not cursed; you are deified.

Albuterol or clenbuterol in small doses over the day with a single daily dose of ketotifen will do wonders for those trying to lose weight.

I was averaging about 5-10lb every two weeks while being able to eat anything I wanted and without serious negative side effects to my health or daily life (if dosed and spaced properly, you won't get jittery).

Although the best weight loss drug I've ever tried has to be testosterone, if you're a male over the age of 21 then just get a test. ester and do a short cycle, you'll lose weight AND gain muscle. I think I went from 150 down to 125 in a month and a half, then shot up to 175 in muscle 2 months after that. Explosive growth, although the weight loss was a bit too rapid as I was constantly being told I looked unhealthy.

Clenbuterol was the easiest on my body, but it seems to affect people differently. I hear albuterol is far cleaner feeling and has a more mild dose/response curve. It's easier to deal with milligrams than micrograms.

I want to try some more of the compounds Rothman employed in his papers.

4-FA is certainly good but I was thinking other ones like 3-methyl would also be good.

3-methyl-4-fluoro-amphetamine you mean?

Re: Ambition and Exercise
> You don't have to be ambitious. You just have to have some free time. Once you can handle running a mile or two without dying, it becomes a lot of fun, and you want to do it. Walking is wonderful too, of course; during the coat-free months (September through April, it seems, here) I took my son for a walk almost every day. Just an hour or so, it was a good excuse to smoke a cigar! My path was a little less than 3.5 miles, but for a Padron Family Reserve #2, I could make it last me 90 minutes. :) That's probably why I never lost any weight doing it!

That sucks. I've been on Xanax since November 2005 and I know that sooner or later I'm gonna have to stop taking them for one reason or another. And it scares the shit out of me because I cannot function without it I find. My longest amount of time without taking a dose is/was 3 weeks and that was because I was trying to stop taking them. The first few days were horrible, but even after the acute withdrawal stage went away, I remained in a delirious state and couldn't sleep whatsoever (I was hoping 3 weeks would be enough to completely withdraw but I guess not - or - I'm just really fucked up to begin with).

Hammilton has the right idea; I kicked meph and replaced it with 20 minutes of cardio 5 days out of 7 (jogging, cross-trainer, rowing (the sport, not the thing I do with Mrs Deckmunki when she tells me I have to put the bloody rubbish out again and I tell her it's not my bloody rubbish and it's her turn anyway - that's an argument... Sorry, I digress), and then rewarded with a decent weight-loss protein shake, e.g. Promax lean definition (sorry to name drop), while reading a book on something or other in the sauna at t'gym.

In fact, the best weight loss drug I've ever sampled was the narcissistic self-congratulatory kick I feel when I'm at the gym training alongside stunning members of the opposite sex. It's shallow, it's sad, but it helps keep me going to the gym. What can I say, I'm a bit of a tool ;o)

Metformin - I count be assed dragging up the studies but check out the pubmed.com

It helped me arrest the obscene weight gain phenelzine caused (but not reverse it)
Dropped my appetite heaps

So what would be considered a safe amount to take of either sibutramine or didrex? Or even BZP, for that matter. I was taking a diet pill which contained BZP and it was the only one that worked so well for me. But i have heard some more concerning things about thr first two.

Last time I took a pill with BZP in it was when I thought I bought real ecstasy pills. Easily one of the worst trips I've ever had. Thank God I had/have an endless supply of Xanax. I was able to calm myself down and sleep it off after popping about 5mg.

Best weight loss drug I've ever tried has still got to be ephedrine + caffeine. Complete appetite suppression, mild but not overwhelming-holy-shit-I'm-tweaking-I-need-gum-and-water stimulation, mild increase in HR and BP, mild to moderate increase in energy and focus and increased urination and doodoo I found which is to be expected since both ephedrine and caffeine are mild diuretics.

I would imagine that BZP in a large quantity at once would not be much fun especially if you are thinking it's E. I found that the diet pills I was taking would keep me fully energized and the latest I would take them was 5 hours before I needed to be in bed. But this was at really low doses in comparison to a fake E pill, I imagine.

I have tried the ECA stacks before, and still have them, actually. I am not sure why, but they have never really worked for me. They give me energy, but I feel like I am starving on them and eat double what I normally would. I have heard that a lot of people aren't too fond of the BZP, and I'm wondering if on its own (without trying to mimic E or MDMA) how much of it I would need to use purely as a thermogenic and appetite suppressant. Unfortunately, the amount of what was put in the diet pills that did work, was not on the label.

For safety reasons I suggest this:

A) Caffeine
B) Ephedrine
C) Amphetamine, Dextroamphetamine, lisdexamphetamine
D) Clenbuterol

But out of every weight loss drug. Clenbuterol is pretty much God. I've never used it, but I've never read a bad review in terms of weight loss.

I wouldn't use meth to lose weight... Or ecstasy... Or any amphetamine unless you're low-dosing.

And also, it's unsafe to combine most of these. Heart problems are pretty common in people who are cycling multiple weight-loss supplements at once. You could even risk a heart attack if you're on several of these all at once.

There's plenty of literature and anecdotes documenting the benefits of the ECA stack (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin)
