Opioids Best Way to use Opana 40 ER? Plug?

I am taking orally Opana 40 ER and must say I am very disappointed to say the least!! SO I have been scouring the web trying to find a solution to make these stronger.
I read about plugging these, which I have never tried. No way am I snorting or iving these!
So I chopped a pill up into about 100 pcs. , put them in a shot glass with some vinegar and water.
After about an hour already the solution is like sex jelly consistency almost, but a little watery.
My question is, what is the best way to use now, drink?
Or take a plastic syringe and jam it up the poop shoot?
I never plugged anything in the past, so any help appreciated!

anyway, I cut the opana into several small pieces and put in shot glass. I added tiny bit of vinegar, water, and this morning it looks like KY jelly, nasty. I just drank the top liquid, didn't do much.
I did the same to 2 more pills, put them into a plastic syringe added about 8-10 ml of water. I plan on plugging those today.
Am I doing this right? No way am I snorting these things with the plastic. My sinuses are already screwed from cocaine and meth back in the day.

Do you get them prescribed for a legit condition? If so, you should take them as directed to provide the best pain relief at a constant plasma level.
Do you take other meds/drugs and how is your tolerance towards opioids?

There are a lot of threads regarding these kind of pills. Try using the search engine for more infos about plugging these exact formulation because with this plastic/polymer-extended release I don't know if plugging them would be efficient for recreational purposes or maybe contains some dangerous aspects (for example irritating the colon). Let alone an OD since 40mg Oxymorphone equal 400mg Morphine (IV).

This is what I did with really very good results. I cut the 40's into several pieces with razor blade. I dumped them into the 10ml plastic syringe. I added about 2ml of vinegar and 7ml of water, shake several times and let sit about 12 or more hrs.
Plugged away and damn, I was nodding big time, wow!! These pills really do suck when just taken orally. I took 1 pill and I swear I did not feel anything this morning. After plugging, OMG like jeckyll and hyde, nod city baby!!

yea, only problem is, I tried the other day and I don't know what happened, but most of it ended up on the floor and on my ass, seemed like a porn scene gone bad, LOL!!

It's quite possible that "most of it ending up on the floor" saved your life OP.

The OpanaER 40mg pill's oral bioavailability is only 10%, plus it's ER, which means you're only getting 4mg spread over 12 hours when you take it orally. I don't know what rectal BA is but nasal BA is 30-40% and rectal BA is usually higher than nasal.

Really? From my research, the rectal BA is like.... no better than oral. The consensus seemed to be 10%. I didn't waste much of my opana plugging it, and all of my experiences plugging it suggest the 10% rectal BA. The same dose via the nose would have me turning blue.

Rectal is near 100%. A full 40mg of opana at 90-100 BA will kill anyone no matter what your tolerance is (unless u or someone calls an ambulance and u get a few shots of narcan)

When I first got put on 30mg roxicodone (Oxycodone IR) (the BA is 20-40).... After a week I accidentally took 2 in an hr...just orally...that put me in the ER cuz my partner and the ambulance couldn't wake me. Only narcan did. And then I was deaf for a week. Now a days, 2 barely affects me (2.5 yrs later)

now that they fixed my issues causing pain, my dr is weening me off using suboxone. It's not fun, I have terrible insomnia, RLS, and leg pain at night. The suboxone helps as those symptoms aren't at full withdrawal... I tried 3Xs to get off opioids and failed then my Dr got licensed for suboxone. Cuts the symptoms of withdrawl by 1/2 but it also takes 4-6 week to ween down. Better than 10-14 days of hell.

dont screw with stuff. Take it legit or go to flipping rehab....or go see a dr and get weened off with suboxone ....what are the stats? Something like 20-40k ppl DIE each year from abusing their prescription Rx (or buying it non legit).

i seriously wonder who many ppl I see abusing on the net are: still alive..... Or...Been to the ER enough times to stop (basically had the crap scared out of you .....and one ER trip should be enough)

im im not saying this to be high and mighty. My mother got hooked on oxy, benzos and soma. She died June 1 2013 from a od mix of about 90-120mg oxy IR, 4mg Xanax , 2 350mg soma ... Those are only estimates based on post death blood work as she was dead , in bed, in the morning. Her Boyfriend woke up to a cold CORPSE. Getting my pain fixed help me to start to get off them.. Like I said, I failed...her death ... Made drug od VERY real cuz I also was on what she had but less (0.5mg Xanax a day, 1 350 soma/day)... I'm off everything now... Except suboxone which I have 3 weeks left

Well since no one else bothered to bring any facts to this discussion, I figured I would. As you can see from the above study, the BA of rectal oxymorphone is around 10%. However, in terms of PEAK EFFECT, IM oxymorphone is 15-20x more potent than rectal oxymorphone. The trade-off is that rectal has a longer duration of action, resulting in a BA of around 10%. And the above study had over 100 participants, and was double blind, giving it much statistical power...

So for recreational purposes, rectal oxymorphone is useless. But with Opana ER it is a moot point; those things are (virtually) fucking unbeatable, and to think you could even plug them, when they won't dissolve in water is just silly.
