Ket is the worst offender imo
it’s nothing like IV Coke or crack.as close to an iv type hit as you can get without doing that
Buy a pack of these online or at your local Boots and mix each sachet with about a standard mug's worth of previously boiled water. Use two sachets if you've been smashing it particularly hard and find yourself especially bunged upSaline solution is meant to be best, but I'm not sure what strength to use, if trying to make my own using household salt, and I don't like the idea of getting a salty drip down the back of my throat. (Innuendo un-intended.)
It would be great if it also listed 'rinsing out insufflated substances' under the uses of this "sinus rinse"Buy a pack of these online or at your local Boots and mix each sachet with about a standard mug's worth of previously boiled water. I found that you can buy 10 sachets at a time, so I have really pushed the boat and just treated myself to some lol.Buy a pack of these online or at your local Boots and mix each sachet with about a standard mug's worth of previously boiled water. Saline 0.9% / LNasal spray formulations before and after can help. They also improve absorption through the nasal membranes and clear out the lingering crusty shite afterwards that causes more damage to the membranes the longer it's left.
They tend to come in Vicks type menthol flavours which definitely isnt what I want, so I get rid of that and refill the spray containers with just clear water.

I suffer with chronic sinusitis, so I have one of the 250 ml bottles and generally clear out both nostrils twice a week as part of my general hygiene routine. I'll then generally use 2 sachets per 250 ml to make a stronger solution to shoot through each nostril after a night on the packet (as in a full 250 ml through each nostril). Has been honestly lifechanging for me, but it doesn't sound like your need is as great a mine tbh.I found that you can buy 10 sachets at a time, so I have really pushed the boat and just treated myself to some lol.
The only thing is that my spray nozzle device thingie only holds 15ml, and a mug is like 250ml (which is the recommended amount of water to use per sachet) so that's so much wastage, unless it might be possible to use 15ml of one batch in the spray nozzle and freeze the rest into ice cubes or something?
Do you think the solution would still be as beneficial after freezing and then thawing out?
I know the sachets arent expensive, it's just the whole idea of using less than 10% of something and throwing more than 90% away just goes so against the grain for me.
Alternatively I guess you could just use 10% of the sachet mixed with 25ml of water, and keep the remainder in an airtight container. The pack says to use it all at once but they would say that would they. I just dont get how the hell is one person going to use a whole mug full of sinus rinse over the course of a few days. I doubt even the biggest substance snorting addict in the world could manage that!? You only need a light misting a few times before and after each line!?
Yeah, sounds like different needs and different methods.I suffer with chronic sinusitis, so I have one of the 250 ml bottles and generally clear out both nostrils twice a week as part of my general hygiene routine. I suppose you could use a set of mg scales to measure out a small amount from each sachet then keep the rest in an air tight baggy, wouldn't look out of place in your drug stash![]()

I've changed my technique now so that I do that back of the throat snorting / snuffling thing with draws the rinse up through the nose and drips right down the back of the throat through the sinuses. I'm getting through a lot more of the rinse now which I guess is a good thing.Yeah I can't imagine that misting does much more than soften whatever's in there and make it a bit easier to blow your nose.
It feels a bit weird the first few times you flush your sinuses out, but nasal irrigation has been practiced by humans for a very, very long time. It's an important part of some Hindu traditions.
Make sure you use previously boiled water that has cooled to lukewarm. The feeling of cold, salty water blasting through your sinuses isn't pleasant, but at a warm-ish temperature its fine.
Admiration to those real connaisseurs that buy a few kilo's of Mate de Coca leaves.I've changed my technique now so that I do that back of the throat snorting / snuffling thing with draws the rinse up through the nose and drips right down the back of the throat through the sinuses. I think the misting is still a useful thing to do pre-snorting, and it also helps clear the lower down residue once the session is over. As it all comes out when you blow your nose, as you say.
