Best way to store already-dried mushrooms?

I've heard something about keeping them in the freezer in a vacuum-sealed bag, but... just thought I'd check on here before doing so.

In a vacuum-sealed bad in the freezer would work. You could also switch the bag for those rubber-sealed mason jars with a bit of desiccant for good measure.

yup! both options are good. if you have the freezer space, do that. if not, ive kept mine for months in a cool dry place with no problems. for longer (years) the freezer is the way to go.

Mason is the way to go imo. Bag and you risk crushing them up.

some friends keep the in honey. is there any sense in that ? tried one or two spoons last year and just got nausea...

Honey is what the ancient psychonauts used to preserve things. I doubt it would be as effective as a freezer though.
